I implement effective psychotherapy methods to instill self-understanding among patients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. Since opening the doors of my practice, I have provided patients in the greater surrounding area a wide range of mental health services. From small scale circumstances to traumatic experiences - my services are personalized to suit everyone’s needs. The many different therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, Person-Centered, and many others.

Many groups are designed to target a specific problem, such as depression, obesity, panic disorder, social anxiety, chronic pain or substance abuse. Other groups focus more generally on improving social skills, helping people deal with a range of issues such as anger, shyness, loneliness and low self-esteem. Groups often help those who have experienced loss, whether it be a spouse, a child or someone who died by suicide. Whatever the case, group therapy allows you to have the support of others within the group and to know you are not alone.

I am a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator working with dating, engaged, or married couples. I help couples identify their relationship strengths, gain understanding about their underlying dynamics that influence their communication, and then help couples develop skills to improve their growth areas.

Seeds of Faith Counseling is Christian based, however presented as an option for individuals preferring therapy from a secular perspective. Answers to life issues, how to deal with it, what path to take, why is it happening can all be answered by diving into Scriptures. God has provided everything needed to deal with life, yet we try to figure it out on our own. Christian Counseling provides the opportunity to begin to activate Faith, to encounter Jesus in your brokenness, and to learn if you trust Him, healing will come!
