Happy Thanksgiving! Today, as many of us gather around tables, prepare meals, or simply enjoy a quiet moment of rest, I wanted to share a word of gratitude straight from the heart.

Thanksgiving isn’t just a holiday — it’s a reminder.

A reminder to pause, breathe, and recognize the goodness of God woven throughout the year… even in the moments that stretched us, challenged us, or brought us to tears.

A Year of Quiet Blessings

Sometimes the biggest blessings aren’t loud or obvious. Sometimes gratitude looks like:

  • the strength you didn’t know you had

  • the prayers God answered in unexpected ways

  • the peace that found you on the days you felt overwhelmed

  • the people who showed up when you needed support

  • the healing that began quietly, one step at a time

Even if this year didn’t look the way you hoped, God’s presence has never left your side. His faithfulness shows up in ways we notice — and in ways we don’t.

Gratitude in Every Season

Scripture reminds us,

"Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever.” — Psalm 136:1

Gratitude doesn’t ignore our struggles — it shifts our focus.

It reminds us that God is still moving, still guiding, still providing, still comforting.

And even in seasons of uncertainty, His love doesn’t fail.

A Simple Thanksgiving Prayer

Lord, today I thank You for every blessing — spoken and unspoken, seen and unseen. Thank You for the strength to keep going, for Your peace that guards my heart, and for the grace that carries me through each day. Surround every heart reading this with comfort, joy, and hope. Amen.

Reflection for Today

As you move through your day, ask yourself:

What is one thing God has done for me this year that I want to pause and appreciate today?

Sometimes the smallest gratitude becomes the biggest reminder of God’s goodness.

Wishing you a day filled with warmth, love, and the gentle reassurance that God is with you — today and always.

🧡 Happy Thanksgiving!
